NEW RB Server - Forum Upgrade - Some WIP

A back-end update: I finally cleared out the old search database index (after months of switching to the newer database search) and it cut the forum database size in half. I made the cut as I had a hunch that might be causing big once-a-day CPU spikes (that sometimes cascade into acutal downtime). Since I've made that change, those CPU spikes have gone away for the time being.

Fingers crossed this an ongoing trend that helps long-term stability.

I still need to keep an eye on the size of the sessions table both for those login issues, but also the table crashing (I think from not getting cleaned up by the Cron job properly).

But it's nice to be making some progress on some of this behind-the-scenes stuff.

Anecdotally, the forums feel pretty snappy to me today, compared to last night (and somewhat periodically over the past couple weeks) when connections felt a little slow.

Oh really?! That's cool. I don't know if I did anything that would have fixed that -- interesting!
The report post function still doesn't work. I thought those would have had the same root cause.

Clicking the "remember me" (or whatever it's called) seems to be working quite well for me.

My phone stays logged-on all the time, but my browser (I use Opera) seems to log me out around midday if I've been logged on since morning. And then it regularly drops be back out again and again throughout the day after that.

Firefox here. No issues with logins, but I have noticed Chromium has begun to have a lot of troubles keeping various websites logged in and their passwords saved. I was only using it for work, but I think I've just about given it up.
