Now that you have seen Re-animator, strangenova, it is time to check out From Beyond.

If you're willing to pay for it, it's on Amazon Streaming for $3.99.strangenova wrote:Are Trick R Treat or From Beyond on any streaming services?

I disagree, BTW, but since I am apparently the only one, I will keep my mouth shut.noiseredux wrote:Yes definitely see Trick R Treat.
Also, if any of you have Netflix, be sure to stream Darling. It's awesome, and I actually liked it quite a bit more than the mid-century horror films that inspired it.

Re: The 2016 October Horror Marathon
I stumbled upon Trick r Treat before hearing a ton of hype. It definitely isn't scary. The reason I enjoyed it so much was the overlapping anthology format and its general horror holiday like theme. It is a Halloween-centric movie. It is different and a cool idea IMO. Did you even see the movie Crash? It reminded me of Crash... for Halloween.prfsnl_gmr wrote:I disagree, BTW, but since I am apparently the only one, I will keep my mouth shut.noiseredux wrote:Yes definitely see Trick R Treat.
I could see how it is not some people's cup of tea, especially if others hyped it way up and you were expecting it to be remotely scary. Worth seeing once for sure if you have never watched it IMO but I hear ya.

Re: The 2016 October Horror Marathon
It always throws me off when we disagree on horror movies, as it happens to rarely. It makes me wonder if one of us needs to re-evaluate. (In this case I think it's you though, cuz I've seen it a bunch of times).prfsnl_gmr wrote:I disagree, BTW, but since I am apparently the only one, I will keep my mouth shut.noiseredux wrote:Yes definitely see Trick R Treat.
sigh. Adding to list. Never heard of it, but it looks cool. Also, if any of you have Netflix, be sure to stream Darling. It's awesome, and I actually liked it quite a bit more than the mid-century horror films that inspired it.
