Good question.

I was thinking about it and I actually almost want to buy a sealed copy of one of these games (only if I could get it cheaply of course), to see if perhaps there was some foam or other type of filler to hold things in place.

My copy of Immortal was from the original owner & looks brand new. Has numerous mint inserts. I would be surprised if the guy tossed out a foam or piece, but I was curious also.
