Japanese SNES and NES carts were referred to as cassettes. This is proper terminology. Buying music between albums and CDs, the full name would technically be cassette tape. Everyone just shortened them to cassette.DinnerX wrote:Cassette?

watched the video, looks like a game advertisement, wouldnt it be cool if they had advertisement cartridges they used in stores. was this created before super mario world came out, it looks like its mario/zelda music from the nes combined together.

If you're curious about it, you can download the ROM of it and play it in an emulator. The ROM for the controller test cart is available too.
