It means 'little box' in French. In this case a little box for a circuit board as opposed to a little box for some reel to reel tape. :)

watched the video, looks like a game advertisement, wouldnt it be cool if they had advertisement cartridges they used in stores. was this created before super mario world came out, it looks like its mario/zelda music from the nes combined together.

If you're curious about it, you can download the ROM of it and play it in an emulator. The ROM for the controller test cart is available too.

There might also be a video of it on YouTube.
