Devil's Third is pretty much out in UK. Nintendo of America has opted not to publish it due to quality concerns. No word on another publisher picking it up for NA release, yet.

I'm old. Everything is back in the day. Remember back in the day when I went grocery shopping? Oh wait that was just an hour ago haha!GSZX1337 wrote:Less than three years ago is back in the day?BogusMeatFactory wrote:Remember waaaaaay back in the day when Penny Arcade did that comic about how the Wii U could be used to play Dungeons and Dragons, with the gamepad being the dungeon master and the party being the wii remotes?

I got a good deal on Mario Kart 8 ($25) earlier in the week, and I just fired it up last night. It is beautiful. I know they would be more than capable of handling it, but are there any games on the PS4 or Xbox One that look as good as Mario Kart 8?

My 2014 GOTY and I still haven't played through all the DLC (which was a great deal considering all the additional content). Just a fantastic game.prfsnl_gmr wrote:I got a good deal on Mario Kart 8 ($25) earlier in the week, and I just fired it up last night. It is beautiful. Of course, in pure graphical fidelity there are some things. Resogun comes to mind.prfsnl_gmr wrote:I got a good deal on Mario Kart 8 ($25) earlier in the week, and I just fired it up last night. But man, Nintendo's first party stuff has lighting nailed down. Totally agree that it's one of the best looking games to come out in the last few years.
Older. Not wiser.

Ryse for the Xbox One is one of the best looking current gen console games. Completely different art style obviously, but I like that it did have a style. They tweaked it just enough to get it out of the Uncanny Valley. From current footage it seems like Uncharted 4 will be right there, vibrant colors, lifelike animations, and excellent acting.prfsnl_gmr wrote:I got a good deal on Mario Kart 8 ($25) earlier in the week, and I just fired it up last night. Let strength be granted, so the world might be mended...so the world might be mended.

I've actually thought about picking up Ryse on PC. It never looked bad, just not particularly compelling.
