Hey man, you're doing better than I am. 5/10.prfsnl_gmr wrote:I just meant that you shouldn't feel too much pressure to play these games if the modd doesn't strike you. And, you certainly should not feel bad if you don't get through all of them. (I try really hard to get through my lsit each year, but 6/10 is my record.)noiseredux wrote:hahaha

I would argue for King's Quest VII, just because, in spite of its flaws, most of the KQ games are considered classic games and were very popular. Now, if you said King's Quest VIII, I might be a little more worried, but VII is fine in my mind.

no... but I did have it in one of my past Summer Gaming Challenges, and prefer to not repeat titles from previous years.Ack wrote: Have you beaten Myst yet?

I always repeat titles from previous years. (R-Type Delta will remain on my list until I beat it.noiseredux wrote:no... but I did have it in one of my past Summer Gaming Challenges, and prefer to not repeat titles from previous years.

Neverhood - is a possibility. I'll research it a bit more.
Deus Ex - Already got COD (only 1 game per genre). Plus, Deus Ex is like a 25 hr game.
Mechwarrior 2 - was a thought... would you call it a FPS though?
I could swap in 7th Guest or Neverhood instead of KQ7/Willy Beamish? What say ye, Adventure Fans?

7th Guest is great. I have played a bit of it, but I still need to get through it. It is an undisputed classic, however; so, I think you should go for it.noiseredux wrote:I could swap in 7th Guest or Neverhood instead of KQ7/Willy Beamish? What say ye, Adventure Fans?
Also, you should swap out Kung Fu Master for Vigilante. Kung Fu Master (or just Kung Fu on the NES) is a great game, and you should be able to beat it less than an hour.

That's reasonable. SO you think 7th Guest over Neverhood?prfsnl_gmr wrote: 7th Guest is great. I have played a bit of it, but I still need to get through it. It is an undisputed classic, however; so, I think you should go for it.
Oh... Kung Fu Master = Kung Fu? Nevermind that one then. I played a ton of that as a kid. Also, you should swap out Kung Fu Master for Vigilante. Kung Fu Master (or just Kung Fu on the NES) is a great game, and you should be able to beat it less than an hour.
Bonk's Adventure
Call Of Duty
Diablo
Earthworm Jim
Final Fantasy IV
King Of Fighters 2002
