-While the game was a milestone when it was released, it certainly hasn't aged well at all with being that there is no real ending. It just gets progressively harder and harder each level and continues until you die, never knowing what those secret documents contain (HG101)

If it were a "looper" you'd see the same exact patterns and stages time and again, just faster. You don't in EA.
