I don't collect as an investment or anything (i.e. looking for a ROI) but when I bought Fortune Street I thought for sure it would go up in price since it was Mario, niche and released late in the Wii's lifespan.

I know. It is a niche Mario/Dragon Quest cross-over. It seemed like a sure thing...

It's still very early. The Wii just ended. There will likely be several Wii games that are considered aversge in price that will end up becoming rare/sought after and jump in price. Look at games like Rule of Rose. The prices will just now start shifting for the Wii as collectors and retro gamers start digging deeper into the library.
