So Fortune Street is that good? That's a pretty cheap game I'll have to pick it up.

It's Monopoly with a stock market. If that sounds good, dig in.

I don't collect as an investment or anything (i.e. looking for a ROI) but when I bought Fortune Street I thought for sure it would go up in price since it was Mario, niche and released late in the Wii's lifespan.

Was dead wrong on that one.

I know. It is a niche Mario/Dragon Quest cross-over. It seemed like a sure thing...

The experience is just too dry for the average gamer.

This is coming from someone who owns and enjoys it and others in the series.

It's still very early. I can't tell you how many games were dirt cheap before jumping in price, some fast and some took 10+ years.

I've got a sealed copy of Tatsunoko vs Capcom that stares at me in the same shameful way.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

The Wii just ended. There will likely be several Wii games that are considered aversge in price that will end up becoming rare/sought after and jump in price. Look at games like Rule of Rose. Gamestop sold it under $20 used and it's going for just shy of $200 complete already.

The prices will just now start shifting for the Wii as collectors and retro gamers start digging deeper into the library.

So good list is good?

Time for Gamecube...and it's been 10 years. No speculation
