Yeah, registering pretty much anything has proven to be a pain in the tail due to everyone trying to register their codes. If your survey actually fails submission, it will show up again in your to-do section. You don't have to enter the PIN again, but you do have to fill out the survey again.

I was having problems registering, too. But I wasn't sure if it was them, or my internet connection.

If you go to your username, click on Account and Coins, and then check the To-Do History, anything that didn't go through should show up with a survey link (or say 'complet/ed' or 'expired') if it's not showing up on the main page. I had to do that a couple of times when I got error messages or it didn't redirect me to the survey once I put in the pin. A couple of them still haven't shown up, although they show they registered. I'm not sure if that just means they're not accepting those codes anymore (even though they're still on the list) or if the surveys will show up eventually. I'll check back in a day or so to find out.

For the record, the ones that didn't go through were Punch Out! and... New Super Mario Brothers Wii :|

Yeah the Survey is available and everything, all the other stuff I registered after Rhythm Heaven worked fine. It was just when attempting to submit the survey for that one game.

But when I originally logged in I had to go to the Account history to even see my todo junk since my todo list was blank.

It's obviously the site, every time they modify anything it acts weird.

I've had a whole bunch of unregistered codes on sitting in my wii game boxes. I guess it's finally time to register these and get some good use out of them. I've never even signed up for club Nintendo before.

Yeah, after reaching Platinum this year I stopped redeeming codes. I have a bunch of Wii U and 3DS codes that I'll have to redeem before Club Nintendo goes away.

The trick will be remembering to check the physical releases when they're available, and spend my coins before they're deleted.

Same here, a tap dance every year to make Platinum and not waste any coins for following year. I gave up after when all Platinum got was a digital download last year. Due to everything going away, I am just entering alln the codes with hopes of a decent physical Platinum prize (maybe a last minute change?) or something decent to purchase with the coins accumulated.

I entered my daughter's 3DSXL serial number which went in but then the pin number requested did not work! I thought both were the serial number bar code on the 3ds. :?

The 3DS PIN is on an insert in the package, like the old days before they started printing them on the back of the cover art. (Thinking about it now, that was probably the sign that the writing was on the wall...)

Oh crap, I think she tossed that out. Oh, okay so the 3DS is registered and the booklet is just a separate registration for the coins. Daughter busy digging thru the closet for the box with hopefully the insert. She remembered a flyer that had a Mario Hat Symbol on it somewhere .........

Hit Platinum by registering that copy of Xenoblade I stumbled across in a local pawn shop. Now here's hoping that final set of rewards is good!

I'm going to finish up redeeming all my codes through Friday. I've got a couple games coming in the mail and between now and then I'll have 26 codes to key in. Would have done some more this weekend, but was too busy.

Fun fact I learned this weekend: My local Walmart, despite advertising such, will not price match items, even ones on their own website. So, despite having a copy of Razor's Edge on the shelf, they wouldn't match their own websites advertised price of $7. The employees did acknowledge this was stupid, but couldn't do anything about it. So I had to order the game from the site, and select site-to-store when I got home instead. My $7 copy should be there by Thursday, while the $29.99 copy was presumably placed back in the case
