Halford - III - Winter Songs is pretty good if you like Judas Priest or Heavy Metal.

Abney Park - Dark Christmas If you like atmospheric industrial music this might be up your alley.

Personally, I can always go for some Trans Siberian Orchestra.

I want to like them, but I have trouble. Part of it is that their arrangements seem to rip off Mannheim Steamroller quite a bit. Still, Al Pitrelli, so that's a plus.
