I was young during the SNES era as well. Game purchases where far and few between.
I never owned a Neo-Geo but I was told they were being sold for something like $185 in around 94 here. Adjusted to inflation that almost $300 per game. For comparison purposes, I just found an Xbox One+AC: Unity for $350 online...

When I was a kid back then I knew people who owned Master Systems, TurboGrafx 16 consoles, even a 3DO. I never knew a single person in real life who owned a Neo Geo. I never even saw one demoed in any store I went to. The system was always this mythical thing that looked amazing in magazine screenshots but was utterly unreachable.
Ok now i get why people were saying farcry 3 was trying to be more smart than it actually is. Any ending of the game is really off with the rest of it and i find both of them hilarious for some reason

All of the folowing PS3 games are less than $10 at Gamestop right now:
Angry Birds: Star Wars
Enchanted Arms
Enemy Territory: Quake Wars
Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage
Fracture
Hellboy: The Science of Evil
Killer Is Dead
NeverDead
Prototype
Red Faction: Armageddon
Red Faction: Guerilla
Sega Superstar Tennis
Despite their mostly mixed reviews, I am still tempted to buy them. I would, however, like some feedback from the community. Are there any I should definitely get? Any I should definitely avoid?
