Blame is not a substitute for being uninformed. There's a bigger issue here than the Nintendo. She needs to find out why her kid had the panic attack, because several other things could set it off.

I have given up trying to help these people. At this point I just enjoy these occurrences with silent laughter. I do hope the kid is okay though...

News flash! Limit the amount of time your kid spends in front of the TV and encourage them to, I dunno, read books and be active. If they don't want to do it they aren't going to, but at least you can try to find some alternatives for them.
