Seriously, the amount and flavor of the meat makes raw onions nothing more than crunchy water. If your meat (as with hotdogs and burgers) doesn't mask the flavor of onion, you got weak meat. Weak meat is no good. You eat the gyro I posted and you'd think "Hum. Hmm. Herm..There might be some onion up in here".
Pretty sure the tomato is for decoration.
