heavily online focused game gets released and has server trouble. gamers who take any shit gaming publishers throw at them (first day dlc, online passes, always online drm, ect) find it appropriate to complain about something that's to be expected (seriously, have these people not played any mmo on release month?)
Customers expecting the product they were sold to work right isn't really a stretch. I don't disagree that a lot of online games wind up being semi-broken initially, but the bigger lessons to be learned there are on the service side.
