Whats the Most Overrated Game?

The Persona games. I like them, I have them, but I think they're sub-par compared to the rest of the MegaTen series.

Yeah I'd rank the original Shin Megami Tensei, Last Bible, and DemiKids games well above any Persona entry.

Are there any series that HAVEN'T been mentioned? I'd say this is a "list every game series, eventually" thread, basically.

Nobody has mentioned any Valve or Blizzard games, though they will.

I've come to terms with the fact that videogames themselves are overrated.

What exactly does this mean?

I'm not sure it's really worth even explaining (and I'm mocking myself here not you )...

Basically, games are overrated no matter what. It's our nature to exaggerate what we enjoy or dislike. The net result is that most of us relay a skewed bias based on what the experience was for our time with it.
But then, that same bias is a truth to the user. It may resonate with others, or (more likely) it won't quite match the experience of the next guy.

Also, many still view videogames as a waste of time and see no value in them. They are not likely to advance you any in this stupid game of life (and may even be a hindrance).
Of course, if you ask me, the "waste of time" is partially the point. Value is a whole other story though. Perhaps everything is just a waste of time and what determines our chosen activities is the value we place in them.

So everything is overrated (to me at this stage in my existence). But that's probably why I find the topic subject matter odd.
