Actually, Super Bomberman 3, 4, and 5 all go up to 5 player. The first two are 4 player.
You are correct, I meant to put 5 player since it and Battle Cross are my two most played 5 player games on the system.

No problem. It sucks that the later Super Bomberman games never even came out here after the 2nd one. Even Europe got one of them. Bastards.

(Of course, that's not a problem now, coughcoughclipthetabsforregionfreecoughcough).

I seriously want to get Battle Cross. Looks like insanity in SNES form. I do wish it had support for 6 human players to play (6 players total, but 5 maximum actual humans can play), but 5 is better than nothing.

Honestly, just buy a PC Engine, a 5 player Tap, and 5 controllers. There are so many great 5-player games, including some fantastic co-op games.
