I wish I had got that cradle too, same thing happened as it went live while I was working and hadn't noticed it until hours later. I did get Luigi though who sits on a little shelf over the tv along with the elite Mario crew statue next to it.

I know I have a pile of coins lying in my account and because of this reward cycle I've had other games I picked up I just didn't bother adding the coins to the system yet due to it. Perhaps just getting the digital downloads would be alright, better than losing the stuff in June, but I miss the physical stuff like I've got that red/gray plush bag they had and I keep the 3DS in it off and on as it's very useful. I'd pick up a few more of those for other things.

I have a ton of wii games for which I have never redeemed the points/coins/whatever. I've never even joined club nintendo. Are these still good for anything if I join today?

yeah, they are still good.

I find old game cases and they still work.

I even tried one for gamecube. But sadly it did nothing.

Just Wii DS and 3ds games.

Theres a few that may not work anyways, but they're not that common.

Go ahead and put them in.

The site keeps track of all the points you put in, but it doesnt hurt to make your own list.

Once a game is put in the system, you can no longer add it again. So no multiple copies.

Do the points expire if I don't see anything I like yet?

They expire 2 years after redemption.

I mainly enter Wii and DS codes which still work. However, the days are numbered on the older games.

The code entry value of many games dropped in 2012, they could drop again.
Looking thru the current list at Club Nintendo, some games have dropped in value! :?

2012 Coin Value List

For some games, the coin value number will decrease; for some, it'll increase. If you want to see whether you should register those games now or wait until 1st July, check out our handy charts, straight from Club Nintendo.

I had to redeem some coins that were about to expire, ended up getting both sets of the Kirby patches. Meh, at least it is easy to store with the Kirby game.

The good part is you can verify what coins will expire next year by looking in your account at the site. This gives you plenty of time to use the coins before they are lost, enter the codes after July to get a two year countdown. I'm tempted to cash mine in if the physical prizes keep dropping out. :?

I just tried to register Mario Hoops 3 on 3 (DS) and got a "Sorry! Registration for this game has expired."

...but Phantom Hourglass worked fine (for 20 points).

Today at the fleamarket I found a complete copy of Wii Play for $2.00

When I typed it in to club nintendo earlier, I only got 20 points.

So yeah. It looks like it did drop down in points.

I would definitely recommend you double check your points to that list CRTgamer put up.

But I'm not too worried about my game not getting much points. $2.00 is still not bad for wii sports and the points were a happy bonus for me.

I kinda new to the program. If I attain gold/platinum status and then spend my points will I lose the status?
