For your sake I hope that happens, but I would be absolutely FLOORED if they did this. Imagine the backlash for offering new things after so many redeemed their reward already...

I would definitely write them a strongly worded letter.

Five days left to claim your Platinum or Gold download
Has anyone seen what the Platinum/Gold awards are for Japan Club Nintendo? :?:

For the 3DS, I ended up getting Mario and Donkey Kong. Even though Donkey Kong Country Returns is a higher priced if a purchase download, it has a game "cart" option as well. One to buy later on when a better price as a hard copy that is not locked to just one 3DS.

I have a stack of codes, but I'll wait a few months before slugging thru the surveys again. I'll see first if the regular coin store comes up with more tangible products. Sadly looks like everything will be a download only. :?

I felt the same way, grabbed DKCR for the 3DS as it was the least junky of the bunch that I didn't already own (nes remix, earthbound, and the nes games.)

I chose NES Remix. I wanted to play it so I'm happy to have it...
although I still wish it wasn't downloadable gifts only this year still... :-/

I just picked Wario Land 2 before the offer expired. No real use for it though since I don't have a 3DS yet and probably won't until I see an insane bargain probably a year or two down the road.

If anyone wants it just pop me a pm and it's yours.

claimed :).

I think I'm leaning towards Minis on the Move. I already have Earthbound, if I want Game and Wario I'll just pick up a disc, I have the Wii version of DK Country, NES Remix is coming out later this year, Dillion's got meh reviews and everything else either doesn't interest me or I already have it in cart form :?

Honestly, Nintendo, I would have been perfectly happy with a calendar....or a CD....or at least more games to choose from....

If it's any consolation for y'all. I moved last year while my Club Nintendo Platinum gift was being packed and shipped. Even though my mail was forwarded I never saw it. I hope someone out there has enjoyed my Majora's Mask soundtrack.

noooooo! Ugh.

That was the one Club Nintendo prize I really wanted. The reason I tried to stick w/ it this year. SO that's sort of why I"m so bummed that the first year I hit Plat is the first year they offer a bunch of downloads I could just buy.
