Bananas in chocolate chip cookies is a thing of beauty. You don't taste the banana, but it keeps the cookies moist like they were freshly baked.

Or you could just, like, not overbake them. Soft cookies FTW.

bananas make a great egg substitute when baking. 1 banana = 1 egg.

Likewise, use applesauce instead of oil in muffins.

yep. you can also use applesauce as an egg substitute in certain recipes (1 cup = 1 egg) if you don't want the banana-sweet taste.

i was vegan for like 4 years and did my share of baking. sometimes i still like to make my tofu chocolate peanut butter mousse pie. but not very often.

I make great pancakes, omelets, potatoes, and sometimes crepes at home. I do this 2-3 times a week, otherwise I eat some cereal or skip it.

When I go out I almost always get sausage gravy on biscuits, because it is the best breakfast food ever invented. Otherwise, I get a bagel.

Sounds gross, probably tastes really nice. Have to check it out sometime.

My breakfast of choice is porridge done over the hob, never the microwave, with either raisins or brown sugar and a cup of coffee.
