I don't mind. I'm balls-deep in the Summer Gaming Challenge right now and I don't need a Retron 5 to play any of those games.

There are already black Retron 5s in existence. Pretty sure the gray ones just got shipped first.
I'm not sure that a certain type of plastic color can be considered "vaporware" anyway.

HK Mktg has confirmed black units arrived and are shipping out to Amazon, Newegg, and retailers.

As far as my order is concerned, apparently no holdups from Newegg and I got the gray one, so maybe hopefully I'll see an email before too long.
Their Facebook is gonna be an interesting read this weekend. Of course all of you that got theirs on the way from Amazon, feel free to share your experiences.
After many delays, this is it. It's go time.

I almost drilled holes in my floor to run extension cords underneath my living room and have them come back up by my couch. I did not do it, but still think about it.
