I am currently using this pad (which thankfully came with a vibration driver!), the dpad is far better than the stock 360 one for emulation. After getting the wireless receiver I was disappointed that I didn't use the 360 nearly as much as I figured I would. Older console ports used to have shonky mouse support but nowadays it seems devs are getting the hang of things, even with the occasional title cropping up that has mouse sensitivity all wrong.
