so.. just curious question... why isn't N64 clones or being part of a multi-system like Retron, a thing yet? I would have thought N64 would come before GBA. Some effective lockout chip? hardware too expensive to re-create/reproduce? generally no demand?

I think its more because of nostalgia and people "rediscovering" the console, i know i did!

The patent isn't up yet on it.

I'm shocked, kinda weird that they held onto the patent for it this long compared to the nes and snes....

Same here, though not so much rediscovering it but finally having the cash flow to finally buy games and such for the system now. The problem is as well I keep remembering the time when car dealerships and dentist offices used to be a little cooler at least the ones I had went to. For some odd reason both of those places I can remember playing mario and kirby(to the dealer for the first and the dentist for the last). I'm wondering now why they don't have it since I don't recall the last time I remember going over to these places a few years back that they still had them or not. Which I think the answer was not....would be nice though those were great games even if I can't recall the exact ones...

I'm in agreement.

However, I've never had any gripes about the graphics.
