I actually thought it started out a bit slow, which - hopefully - means that it will exceed your expectations. I also think that familiarity with some of the mechanics from the other games in the Wario Land series is helping me to appreciate it more. (I played through SML3: Wario Land, Wario Land 2, Wario Land 3, and Wario Land 4 last year; so, controlling Wario is effortless at this point.)

TG16 is something I wish I had started collecting years ago. Sadly, I think that ship has sailed at this point. (Also, Military Madness is a great game. I am about half way through the PS1 version - i.e., Nectaris: Military Madness - and I need to dive back into it at some point so that I can unlock all of the maps from the TG16 original.)
