I absolutely hate Timber. A putrid combination of country, rap, and party music.
It's horrid isn't it? I mean, good on pitbull for having a huge fan base and being so radio friendly, but I can't stand his music. Never quite saw the appeal of kesha either, but she's also quite a success.
Not sure to smile or frown: My Grandmother, who is in her 90's might be going to an assisted living home. For those not in the know, although not practicing, I am a certified assisted living home administrator, so I'm a bit critical when it comes to picking a facility.
It's fairly simple, my Grandmother is lonely. Her tenant passed away during my last visit, and when the dog didn't work out (don't get me started) my Uncle put this option on the table.
The home operates like most assisted living homes but unfortunately I'm not going to be able to visit the place before she moves in. I do however have a laundry list of questions for my Uncle about the joint as I consider myself part of the decision making group when it comes to my Grandmother.
And then there is her house. Straight off of Milwaukee drive in Chicago. A walk from the Blue line, a stroll away from Superdawg, and minutes away from the heart of downtown Chicago. Fenced yard, garage, gorgeous basement, and an upstairs made to rent. Easily worth a million. I need to have a say in the sale of the house, if it goes up for sale.
It's always something.
