With the current market, I'd say to go look at whatever retail outlets you have, or that are good for you to mail order from and look there. The ones I have aren't made anymore, but they're just the passive switches that Gamestop and all used to carry. Not high quality, but functional.
These days, nearly any consumer device is HDMI capable, so that's where the focus is. Composite/S-Video/Component switches are still out there, but tend to be low-tier products. So, probably, find whatever cheapo $10-20 box a convenient retailer has and try it.
Personally, I'd say to consider an A/V receiver as well, or to start with. Aside from the upgrade to audio, you've usually got a fair number (and possibly variety) of inputs to work with. Higher end models can also serve as video scalers/converters.

YES! The music is seriously one of my favorite NES soundtracks of all time. I'm so glad when somebody else recognizes the greatness of this game. I love it hard.
