It has higher color abilities, resolution difference, and a few other things. There are a few roms that have been hacked out of GG games to make them work on a SMS. VileTim does a GG RGB board that's used for most of the consolized hacks... and yeah, that one that looks like a mini SMS has set the bar waaaaaay too high. I don't even care about the packaging, honestly, I just want the console. And I'm not even a sega fanboy!
