...besides Space Ghost was there ever anything good on Adult Swim?

Space Ghost C2C predates Adult Swim.

When Breaking Bad was on it was the only thing I was watching regularly. I have the most recent season of Boardwalk Empire DVR'd...but really I am finding TV to be less and less compelling of late. I haven't watched South Park's new season for the first time in its entire run. All these shows that people watch hold almost no interest at all for me - superhero stuff, zombie/vampire stuff, crime shows - a giant bag of yawns all around. There are only two comedies that I enjoy on TV anymore and one of them (Curb Your Enthusiasm) is on its regular "maybe/maybe not" for a few years before a potential new season. Louie is the other, and has short seasons - not sure when it comes back. I guess Game of Thrones starts up again in the Spring?

I'm in the same boat, there's absolutely nothing on TV I feel like I need to watch. I think South Park went "south" quite a while before this latest season, Simpsons is the quintessential show that has overstayed its welcome, Family Guy went from mediocre to horrific crap to obviously crying out for cancellation, Walking Dead got old after two or so seasons (how long can you try to string suspense along without anyone making significant progress?), Breaking Bad is over, Monk ended a few years back, Agents of Shield is silly and cliched, Dr. Who rubs me the wrong way all over, and there's nothing on Adult Swim anymore.
Well, ok, I guess I exaggerated. I do enjoy new episodes of Axe Cop when they air.
