Space Ghost C2C predates Adult Swim.

It was one of Cartoon Network's first original shows IIRC. However, I did enjoy Tim and Eric and earlier seasons of Robot Chicken.

House of Cards is infinitely better than that leftwing fantasy that was The West Wing. And the beauty of Orange is the New Black is that it's actually disturbingly realistic in its portrayal of our prison system, with the most glaring difference being the unrealistic portrayal of relationships between inmates and their children.

I picked up Almost Human recently on recommendation from my brother and I was hooked by the end of the first episode. I really like how they're exploring the future direction of current technology without being overly heavy handed with it.

Wait. The Fresh Prince ran for only six seasons? Sworn it was eight, but I was wrong.

There will be a Fresh Prince Party marathon a'comin'. My house will smell of fried chicken and cheap cologne (that's a reoccurring joke about Jazz, not a racist joke).

When Breaking Bad was on it was the only thing I was watching regularly. I have the most recent season of Boardwalk Empire DVR'd...but really I am finding TV to be less and less compelling of late. I haven't watched South Park's new season for the first time in its entire run. All these shows that people watch hold almost no interest at all for me - superhero stuff, zombie/vampire stuff, crime shows - a giant bag of yawns all around. There are only two comedies that I enjoy on TV anymore and one of them (Curb Your Enthusiasm) is on its regular "maybe/maybe not" for a few years before a potential new season. Louie is the other, and has short seasons - not sure when it comes back. I guess Game of Thrones starts up again in the Spring?

I suppose I could try House of Cards and Orange is the New Black which people seem to like, but the premise of both seems relatively uninteresting to me. I am not sure how y'all manage to watch so many of these dreadful shows and watch them week in and week out.

I'm in the same boat, there's absolutely nothing on TV I feel like I need to watch. I think South Park went "south" quite a while before this latest season, Simpsons is the quintessential show that has overstayed its welcome, Family Guy went from mediocre to horrific crap to obviously crying out for cancellation, Walking Dead got old after two or so seasons (how long can you try to string suspense along without anyone making significant progress?), Breaking Bad is over, Monk ended a few years back, Agents of Shield is silly and cliched, Dr. Who rubs me the wrong way all over, and there's nothing on Adult Swim anymore.

Well, ok, I guess I exaggerated. I do enjoy new episodes of Axe Cop when they air.

You guys really need to come back to T.V. For the last decade or so, yeah, T.V. has basically sucked. America has had this obsession with reality T.V. and celebrity T.V. which is nothing but mindless drivel.

But this season, in particular, is finally bucking that trend. There is a LOT of great scripted, well made shows out there now, and a bit of variety:

-Almost Human
-Arrow
-Breaking Bad (Ended, but still current on Netflix)
-Comic Book Men
-Defiance
-Dexter (Ended, but still current on Netflix)
-Dracula
-Family Guy
-Game of Thrones
-The Goldbergs
-Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
-Pawn Stars
-Sons of Anarchy
-South Park
-Vikings
-Walking Dead
-The 80s: The Decade That Made Us

And a lot more that I'm sure I'm missing because I have plenty on my DVR as it is already.

This is true, but the current season is shaping up to be the best run since season 11 imo. I haven't laughed so hard at a new South Park episode in years. It's worth a go.
