The issue with PMs not sending emails is new to me. I will take a look at it today.
When you take a look, can you see if there's an option to include the PM text in the email that is sent? Because that would be awesome to not always have to come here to read the PM...

If there is, I will enable it for everyone but you. For you it will fax to your office.

I realized I missed skates comment:
We do have a question, but I will drop UTC -1200, I never thought about that. Great idea.

Am I the only one who has to use Tor browser to bypass their work web proxy and access this site?

It's mildly annoying, because tons of botnets also use it. So the result is the IPs it gives me get banned all the time. I get banned on average of 5 times a day here, and have to switch IP addresses constantly to regain access (sometimes 5-6 in a row are banned). It wouldn't be that bothersome if it didn't ban me in between clicking 'add reply' and posting a message :P

Is there any way to circumvent this? If mine is a unique situation, then I shall deal with it... but if anyone has any alternatives I can benefit from, I 'd love to hear about it.

Do you have a smartphone? We're currently having an issue with the mobile site, but in situations where I can't access things via a computer, I use my Droid to read the site.

I do not have a smartphone atm.

and LOL, I was IP banned subsequently after posting about this!

But yea, I imagine there aren't too many who share my plight, so I will just deal with the burden of copying every post I make in case I get banned while posting it :P

Here's a little additional info. For some reason it thinks the notifications aren't actually coming from RB and warns me from clicking on any links.

Awesome. That did a lot of good for me when I implemented it.

Also, part of the reason gmail might be 'spamming' the PM notices is because the 'from' address is set to a @gmail.com address. If you set it to [email protected], the notices would be less likely to be seen as spam. Just my 2c as a server admin that deals with stuff like this for a living.

Need FreeMCboot? I'll install it on your PS2 Memory Card for free if you cover postage both ways.
Consoles: I have too much stuff
Arcade: No seriously, I have too much stuff. Someone grab a shovel and dig me out of my basement.

Both PMs that dsh sent me for the charity auction, I got email notifications for both. And in my inbox, not my spam folder.

If all goes well with the new system, registration will be back to normal soon.

Sorry for the confusion, and the fifteen new users who I had to make accounts for.

Edit:
System is fixed and operational.
