I've got a bunch of DS cases I might be willing to part with.
i just hit the print button because all the images are scaled correctly from the website.
As for cleaning off the sticky label, look in the Guides section of the board.
He's printing out stuff from TheCoverProject. Everything there is at 300dpi and already sized to the exact size they need to be, assuming your printer or program doesn't attempt to resize it itself.
