So I went to Dave & Buster's for the first time yesterday.

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Yeah, then you did go to the Concord Mills mall as it's like ten minutes from the NC border near Charlotte.

Sounds like it was a good idea to skip ever eating at D&B's. Apparently it tastes awful and costs an arm I'm making it or eating at kuma's.

I've never been to a D&B, but I heard that after a certain time at night they put the games on freeplay.
Is this true?

Is Kuma's really good? I've always wanted to check that place out, but you know, Texas.

It's in Chicago...at least the Kuma's I'm referring to.

They recently got in hot water for serving a burger topped with a red wine sauce and a communion wafer:

They tried to make good with local churches, but failed to do so.

That's the one I'm talking about, it's the only Kuma's I'm aware of.

So... do they taste good?

I went to the one in the Palisades Mall in southern NY state from 1999-2002. It's where I 1CCed House of The Dead & Confidential Mission. They also had the 8 player Daytona USA big screen w/camera setup. Even their redemption games gave out better prizes, real prizes like electronics and stuff, no plastic trinkets here. It's where I played the best that Sega had to offer. Deluxe F355 Challenge, Brave Firefighters, Airline Pilots, etc. They had a hard to find Konami light gun game called Total Vice. Eventually, they even got a first generation Ultracade machine which was nice.

Yes, they did put the games on freeplay for about 15 minutes starting at midnight Monday-Thursdays. That was your time to credit up till you couldn't credit no more

That sounds amazing! I wish there was one within driving distance around here.

But I can't complain. A new arcade opened up not too long ago around here.
