Several smiles for me! Found out recently that neither of my other girls have HLH! It was about a 25% chance so ... dodged a bullet.

Moira has several bone marrow matches and they were sent to her doctor, so probably will be get the procedure kicked off in about 2 weeks or so. I'm anxious to get it going and also really scared of what she has to go through.

On the frown side, we'll probably not have any more children. 25% chance is too great a risk. It's not that I necessarily wanted more, we have 3, it's just that it's seems like a decision that is taken out of your hands and that makes me sad.
Thanks. Luckily I'd say he has "Good Dementia". He stares out the window all day looking at a tree. He isn't the crazy "WHERE DID YOU HIDE MY BASEBALL? YOU STOLE MY BASEBALL!" type.

You're a lucky man to have three kids. I'm praying everyday for just one.

Good news on your daughters. Whew!

Yeah, I mean chances were good that we were done, just having that decision taken away is tough. I really want a boy, so we may end up adopting at some point, but that's awhile before we talk about that.
Let strength be granted, so the world might be mended...so the world might be mended.

I'm glad your fears are allayed, Stark. And regardless of your reasons why you don't want any more, you've got three wonderful children to take pride in. Enjoy your family as it is and be proud knowing you're the best father you can be.

And REPO, no, we don't care that a terrible Power Rangers knock off is coming to DVD, because every Power Rangers knock off was terrible. And besides, these shows are far less important than the classics: M.A.N.T.I.S., Manimal, and Heil Honey I'm Home!

Especially when the supposed source is terrible.

We had (minor) complications on our 4th and called it quits. We "thought" we were at the point where we were ready for the kids to be at the age where we could go hiking swimming to a parking lotto a theme parkto New Yorkto a crowded stadiumANYWHERE w/o constant fear of one of our kids putting us through near death experiences at all times.

Now that we are close to that point...we really wish we could have a 5th. My sister has adopted 6 children already, so we have an "in" to the nuances of the process and it's something we're strongly considering.

It's times like these where I reflect on how I used to post on internet forums in high school.

And how far I've come, and how I still have much more to learn.

Tattooed Teenage Alien Fighters from Beverly Hills doesn't have a source outside of its cheap, yard-sale kitbashed aesthetic and porno budget stretched across forty episodes of rancid cheese.

:D The new season of "Mortal Kombat: Legacy" premieres on the 26th, which is next Thursday.

:( But the internet here sucks (it's roughly 0.25Mbps, and even if I crank down the quality to 144p, it typically takes around 1.5-3 minutes to load 60 seconds of video on YouTube.
