Same here. I was a little miffed at first when the first game in a bubble envelope showed up, but after a few came and were fine I stopped worrying.

I'd imagine since it's fulfilled by amazon that you're having no problem getting a replacement?

It was actually sold by Amazon, so yeah, a replacement is already on it's way. Hopefully this one will come intact.

This is just ridiculous though. I know that most of the time they'll ship a single DVD or whatever in a bubble mailer, but I've gotten them in boxes before too. Really, are boxes that expensive? Obviously it was damaged while in the hands of the USPS, but it's up to the shippers to pack the item(s) well.

Kinda funny, the directions for mailing it back to them said to pack it well in a box. I know it was generic directions for returns, but they shipped me something in a bubble mailer and it got damaged then asked me to return it to them in a box.

I don't mind bubble mailers because I've never had a problem with them but man, the postal service did not give two-shits about that package.

I had a desktop delivered by USPS and the mail-lady asked me to help her out. I go outside and see her using a PVC pipe with a elbow to drop it on its side and get out easier. :x :x

I'm way more concerned about USPS eff-ups than I am with substandard shipping from a seller.

I've already had the postal service give my package to the wrong person once before. They had the nerve to tell that the package was indeed delivered to me and I may have "forgotten" because I receive "a lot of packages". The dude who received it by mistake did eventually return it to the PO - after opening it. I assume he only brought it back because it didn't contain anything that interested him.

I once had Fed Ex deliver the package to the wrong place and I had the driver retrace his route and everything and no-dice. I got them to pay a partial amount for the item or something and then forgot about it.

A year later somebody came to my door with the package. It was apparently delivered to the fire station up the block. For whatever reason they tossed it into the corner and forgot about it until somebody discovered it and brought it to my house.

It was just sitting there in the fire station for an entire year...

They also opened it.
