Maybe now that a mod said it, everyone can stop ganging up on me.

And yes...that's EXACTLY how I feel right now. I feel like i'm being attacked and ganged up on because I hate new gen consoles and don't like the same things everyone else likes. And in some cases I was being attacked. I don't explain my opinions well enough because I don't want to drag on and on. I dislike leaving huge ass posts (like this one now). But just because of that you people feel the need to shine a spot light on me and say that i'm a teenager and i'm foolish? Or say that I don't know how to pick games?

That "cool to hate" sentiment was directed at everyone, including you GirlGamer55. Yes, people "hating" on you were sometimes being a bit over the top, but all of your posts about "I hate X system" or "I hate Y company" are just inane. "Hate" implies active anger/rage, which is pretty stupid to have about a video game console/company. In reality it seems that you just don't like X console and Y company and that you have some good (personal) reasons for feeling that way which you can articulate and put up for discussion. It was a friendly nudge to everyone to raise the level of discourse.

If you love those three franchises, then you might enjoy the various iterations of each series on the DS and Wii, regardless of your feelings on the unconventional control schemes of the systems.

Oh I like Super Mario 64 and Mario Kart DS. I haven't had much luck finding good games for the DS...it's all kids selling off their crappy kid games. I think the Mario Kart DS is freaking amazing actually...but it's been years since I played a Mario Kart game so lol...I'm trying to get good games for the damn thing but...no luck.

Oh the N64 has to be my second fav console...or third fav...it changes at times. I remember gaming the most on it...so my best game memories are from it.

And the GC...I like the games...not the system. idk why...like Kirby's Air Ride? Wow...that has got to be the best GC game I have ever played...I spent every single day after middle school playing that game. And now i'm trying to get it back but christ the prices people charge for it...

I'v seen the controller, do I actually have to hold it in my hands to say I don't like it? That's not really fair now is it? I'v made valid points before, you just don't think so. I never said because i'm a woman people argue with me. The only reason I brought up I was a female was because it's been proven that female brains develop faster, or did you not read that part? I don't say stupid stuff all the time. I might make mistakes, that's called being human. I wouldn't outright say I say stupid stuff ALL THE TIME.
