There's also Bangai O, although obviously the dreamcast version got a western release.o.pwuaioc wrote:. Also, there's almost nothing good exclusive to Japan. Most of what didn't make it over here were baseball or majong games. The two exceptions are Dezaemon 3D and Sin and Punishment.

Is that similar to Legend of the Mystical Ninja on the SNES? Because I love that game.Ben wrote:They aren't everyone's cup of tea, but I really enjoyed both of the Goemon games for the N64. Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon and Goemon's Great Adventure (or Mystical Ninja 2 in other markets).

The first game is a 3d platformer, a la Ocarina of Time, but it's still the same characters and story concepts. The sequel would definitely be up your alley though, it is a 2D platformer in the spirit of the SNES Mystical Ninja. I really loved those games, but for some reason when they came out most of the gaming magazines (Remember those?) wrote them off with 3/5, 7/10, etc. reviews. I think both are excellent and worth checking out, and they go really cheap at most used game shops and fairly reasonably on ebay as well.santanime wrote:Is that similar to Legend of the Mystical Ninja on the SNES?
