Very sad. I had spoken with him a few times on IRC, he seemed like a cool guy.

Another loss to the community. :(

Though it's sad it's good to know it happened. Nothing's worse than people dropping off the Internet and never knowing why.

I don't know what his family situation was but I hope everything is alright.

Really a shame. He was a semi-regular on the shmups IRC channel so I talked with him every now and then.

Terrible news, not sure if I am growing older and keeping count but lately I noticed death is not such a rare incident around me(and from talking to others they feel the same way too) . Personally I lost 2 friends one in 2010 and one in 2012 and my uncle in 2009.

He was the guy with the cat avatar in diamond shape in his profile picture, wasn't he?

his obituary is here, i believe. this is really, really awful. he was only 24.
