Yes but is it truly broken and horribad? Just because it's really bad, does not mean it's bottom of the barrel. Bottom of the barrel is "how the hell could they even release this game"
Also...I can assure you that Lunar: Dragon Song is really "bottom of the barrel/how the hell could they even release this game" bad. The fact that it bears the Lunar name only amplifies it horribleness.
