First of all I want to point out that I am not biased, and if I was I would be more on the Nintendo side . In my lifetime I owned 1 Microsoft console(360) , 1 PSX , and 4 Nintendos (1 GB,1 SNES, 1 Wii/gamcube) .The reason I am talking about Nintendo here is that because I would like them to stay in the market, and I would like to see a new Nintendo that fits the current videogaming era we live in. Old tactics won't survive forever .

That's all
your opinions and personal tastes in games.
Yes it is, but I do not believe I am the only one out there. I believe huge percentage of gamers share this opinion.

Again, that's just your opinion.
Again yes, but I am basing it on gamers' current trends. I remember a time when people would buy the SNES or 64 just to get Super Mario Bros or Mario 64 . While they might still exist, I am not sure how many out there bought the Wii just for Super Mario Galaxy . My point is , it is still redeeming customers but its not as powerful as it used to be. The only game that is just as powerful is Mario Kart. We are talking about Nintendo francises here only.

I'd like to think they know what they're doing up in the high offices of Nintendo. If the numbers don't make sense, I don't think they'd be making game after game of the same series.
Numbers are still making sense and they are making money, but my point is how long in the future will the numbers make sense ? Nintendo will not die, but if they want to be back in the game they should at least push for new IPs or open some kind of a different approach towards gaming like Sony did with the PSX (3D, CD based, mature games) and Microsoft (Shooters to consoles, Online multiplayer).
It is not only me who does not want to see more of the Nintendo franchise. You can browse the whole internet and will find the same complaints , something you wouldn't hear much of in '96 . When Mario and Zelda were the best games in the videogame market. People around me forgot the Nintendo brand. They used to call videogames Nintendo now people call it Playstation .
My whole point is that Nintendo should push for new IPs and stop milking the cow, because in my own opinion is that the udder is getting dryer and dryer .
@Wclem
I would really love to hear what are those 50 games on the Wii that are better games than what is available on the ps3/360 and are not Nintendo franchises and not ports of other consoles or last generation Gamecube . I do that the batch that was released on the Wii's last days like Last Story and Pandora is more of what we were looking for all along on the Wii not We Ski, Big Beach Sports, and Carnival Games.
@CavZee
I am sorry, but the WIi is a KIDDY console. Kiddy does not mean cartoonish graphics . Both the ps3/360 offer great games that are cartoonish and suitable for youngsters and adults:
Ni no Kuni , Fat Princess, Castle Crashers , Little Big Planet, ModNation racers , Street Fighter 4, Rayman Origins, Sonic all Star Racing , Eternal Sonata ... the list goes on.
The reason they call Wii a kiddy console because it has games like Cooking MaMa , Carnival games, and others.
I wouldn't call Nintedo a kiddy console since the 64. While psx had mature titles, the 64 selection was something that Nintendo used to do well, games that were fit for both adults and youngsters . All the top 64 games were played by adults including:
-The Wrestling games, Zelda , Mario, GoldenEye, Mario Kart .
GC was more mature with: Eternal Darkness, Metroid 3D, RE4 , Killer 7, .. you do get the idea.
While some mature games exist on the Wii, people are buying it for the Kiddy games. I do not think any one bought a Wii for Manhunt 2 or Splinter Cell double agent.
I am also find it ridiculous that Nintendo is releasing something like Bayonetta and Zombi U for the same consumers they are targeting with Nintendo land, Wii Fit U , and Scribblenauts unlimited.
