I never said Sony was innocent. But Unlike Nintendo, they had rational reasons for doing everything they did.

Just because a company doesn't disclose the official reasons why they do something doesn't mean they did it for no reason at all. Nintendo is a company, they have people and shareholders to answer to. They (and this goes for ANY company) don't do anything unless they feel it'll be profitable in some way.

That still doesn't give Nintendo a free Pass. There's this feeling amongst some gamers that Nintendo because It's Nintendo is free from criticism and that saying anything bad about Nintendo is some kind of gaming Heresy.

Like I said my hatred of Nintendo is purely with them as a Company. Their customer service is good, and I don't hate any of their games. I do hate that they seem to stick to the status quo though and if they do stray from it, it goes unpromoted.

Again I'm not saying Sony are saints and I'm DEFIANTLY saying Microsoft is innocent either. There just seems to be this attitude that Nintendo gets a free pass.

If Nintendo doesn't deserve a "pass", neither does anybody else. That's the point. Every single major player in the game industry has a laundry list of fucked up shit they've done.

I wouldn't say this the end. Nintendo has acknowledged the fact that the fans have a problem with it. The seed has been planted. Seeing as they probably like keeping their fans, they might work on a way to solve the issue. Maybe they'll localize more games. Or maybe they will eventually lift the region lock. I'm happy they at least paid attention to the outcry.

Also, is it bad if I keep scrolling past sections of the forum with mega man avatars?
I've also been reading Ziggy587's posts in Bender's voice for the past couple years.
