Smile: Jimmy Buffet really knows how to play a crowd. At the concert in Chicago Saturday night he came out in a 'hawks jersey, changed a bunch of the song lyrics to be about Chicago (with accompanying imagery on the screens behind him), and one of the players brought out the Stanley Cup after a Margaritaville verse about winning in 17 seconds.

He and James Taylor are nice dudes, but I can not stand their music. At all.

Frown: a/c went out again, and I don't think the thermostat is the issue. I'm going to ask for a $250 credit or to fix the problem for free. That way I give them an option while also cornering them. If they do not comply, I'm off to the BBB, Angie's List, and I might buy their domain name (it's available, and would cost less than ten bucks a year to own).
