Just got back from lowes and home depot getting dirt and a trellis for my roses the pup had a great time rideing in the shopping cart and having strangers pet him.
Saturday it looks like we will be busting up the old concrete sidewalk and laying the new 100lb pavers as a faters day gift for foxs dad.

It's really more like you just get to where you are used to being perpetually tired. There is no such thing as "energy" or "catching up on sleep" when you have a child. To think that I used to sleep until noon seems absolutely ridiculous to me these days. Kara, my little guy will be 2 in November, so we aren't too far off with our little ones.KitKatCara wrote:RyaNtheSlayA wrote:Smile: Watching step niece and nephew.
Ticked: Have to watch step niece and nephew.
Good kids. Especially now that they're watching a movie. Still takes a ton of time and energy. I don't know how parents do it.
I have yet to meet a parent that knows 'how to do it", they just do. It's a weird thing that I have yet to wrap my head around, and mine will be 2 in October. It's the most rewardingly terrifying thing I have ever done in my life.

Smile: Just got done showing my niece Batman 89. She'd already seen The Dark Knight with her mom, so I wanted her to see what I was watching at her age. It's always fun watching older movies with her just to see how she reacts. She pointed out how odd it was that Batman wears bulletproof armor, but when Joker shoots his plane, it blows up. I had actually never thought about that. Funny.
I'm not a glitch, I just have pixlexia.
