They're both kinda kitty-ish. Jessica has those sharp little teeth. Meow.

The games are tied!

I tried to break the tie and then someone voted for Lunar.

Its weird how many votes there are.

There are definitely people voting just for the hell of it, because we aren't going to have 30 people participating.

Tempted to vote for Lunar to catch it back up.

I've never noticed this before, I guess that's what I get for not poking around the boards enough. Went ahead and cast my votes, I'm up for joining in as long as I own whatever ends up getting played.

And Phantasy Star 2 wins narrowly over Lunar

1. Phantasy Star 2 - 16
2. Lunar SS - 15

We will play Phantasy Star 2 after we finish Shining Force 2 starting on July 11th. We will use this thread for our game thoughts in a couple months.

How long is PS 2? Should we make it a 2 month or a 3 month game?

30-ish hours I believe. I don't recall an in game timer.

If that is the case I think it should be another 2 month game.

I'd be fine with that.

I think the 3-month block should be dedicated to games that are long, non-linear (have multiple sidequests that add many hours to game time), have a new game plus, and/or can be replayed with a different choice of lead character(s). PSII is pretty linear, and once you're done you're done.

Yeah, and depending on how SF2 goes, I may pick a secondary/alternate game for us to play if several of us finish early.
