Re: Together RPG - JRPG voting
I chose Wild Arms because I actually own it, and it was free not long back. I chose Earthbound aswell, but it'd make more sense to leave JRPG til the end of the year if we did that, as Nintendo has said it'll be out on Wii U VC some time this year.

Yes, EarthBound will be on the Wii U Virtual Console. And it's not out yet.
Maybe Chrono Trigger hasn't been chosen because everyone has already played it.

I picked FF V and Earthbound. I've heard good things about V, but I've never played it.

Re: Together RPG - JRPG voting
I picked suikoden and PS 2. I switched my vote from lunar to PS 2 because Dave whined
I have actually only played PS 4. I watched a friend play a good bit of 2, but have wanted to play it.
I want to pick suikoden 1 so it will help ppen the sequels for us to play. But I realize 2 will be a problem, especially for those who are reluctant to emulate.

Re: Together RPG - JRPG voting
Im a little sad that sequels to games already played in Together Retro are getting so many votes. I thought we'd be mixing it up a bit more

For Shining Force 2, I think playing the sequel from the TR is a great follow up. I know many enjoyed the first and were interested in #2 because of it.alienjesus wrote:Im a little sad that sequels to games already played in Together Retro are getting so many votes. Re: Together RPG - JRPG voting
Do we really want to do two Genesis games back to back? Why not Final Fantasy V, instead? Mix it up, folks!
Re: Together RPG - JRPG voting
Hmm, I can't vote. That said, I would counsel against a second Genesis game so quickly. I also admit that I would more likely join in if it were a SNES game being played.

If you are of the superior AcidTech race, you have to switch to something else to vote. Not sure why, but this started like a year ago. It seems we've found the one chink in AcidTech's armor.Ack wrote:Hmm, I can't vote. That said, I would counsel against a second Genesis game so quickly. Ah, I see. It's trying to limit the abilities of the AcidTech master race. I will switch later to a filthy peasant forum layout to vote and then immediately switch back and bathe in lye.dsheinem wrote:If you are of the superior AcidTech race, you have to switch to something else to vote.
