Great, glad to help! Like I said before, I'm not sure why the author hasn't put the 1.1 "beta" front and center. TurboRip is a good and useful tool, but if all anyone can find is a broken version, it doesn't help anyone.

When I get that guide finished, I'll be sure to provide a link to that newer version you unearthed. I'll probably host a copy at my sight too, to ensure that it doesn't disappear. Thanks again!

Just wanted to thank everybody for helping out with my original question. Thanks to your help, I finally wrapped up this guide for ripping TG-16/PCE games and playing them on the Wii:
