I hope I can change my address before they ship mine, or else I'm gonna have to wait until it gets forwarded to my new address.RyaNtheSlayA wrote:So, Ouyas have started shipping to early backers. Can't wait to get mine.

We'll see how this game sells, but if I do put Clash Force on Ouya, I'd like to include an extra level set and a 2 player co op mode.

Btw, what's a good place to start how to learn this stuff? I spend a lot of time not doing anything productive, might be a nice thing to learn (or totally get intimidated and never attempt it again

I've only ever designed one game. It was a breakout clone. Super simple, no extra levels beyond the first 3. That's as far into game design as I ever got.

The controller latency stuff is probably the most bothersome. I was a little late to the kickstarter so i'd imagine mine will be a couple of weeks.

Ouch, I sure hope that's fixed by software update. They are doing a day 1 update, so hopefully that is what's fixed.retrosportsgamer wrote:The controller latency stuff is probably the most bothersome. I was a little late to the kickstarter so i'd imagine mine will be a couple of weeks.
