Finally watched this. Awesome. I love Tarantino's dialogue. My favorite scene has to be the lynch mob scene.

I wonder how many takes that scene required. When I saw Django in the theater, I was definitely in the minority, and it was a bit surprising to see a mostly African American audience laugh at a bumbling lynch mob. QT gets a pass on a ton of shit...good on him.

GI JOE RETALIATION
Well. It's better than the first one so it has that going for it. The fighting scenes are fairly solid, and as always ninjas are cool. And there you have it.
If you want to spend your cash on a movie that is a bit better than the first GI JOE and think ninjas are cool, Retaliation is for you. But don't expect much more from the movie than just that.

All the cartoon was were firefights, explosions, and ninja battles. So it sounds perfect for a G.I. Joe fan.Luke wrote:GI JOE RETALIATION

I've been waiting for Retaliation 'cause I absolutely love how they ended Rise Of Cobra:
That's the most awesome sequel setup I've seen in years.

I saw this earlier today, they also had a link to a different int'l trailer. I think this looks great. We'll see, of course.Luke wrote:Wanna see the The Wolverine trailer?

The Day After
They did a fairly good job despite being limited by budget and technology. No ideology is worth a nuclear holocaust. Not the best film of its kind but it's up there with the most notable titles.
