Any good recipes for corned beef? I have one that I'll cook up tomorrow. I do not care for the boiled version.

I'm down as long as the mods are cool with it. We already have a great policy in place here and I have had nothing but positive experiences on this site trading.

Exactly why I asked. :P

Mods? May adults trade alcoholic beverages through this forum?

Preheat oven to 350. Cook at least one hour per pound, and broil (with no foil) ten minutes before serving.

Take a large aluminum baking pan, fill with one inch water and juice from bag, top pan with an aluminum grate.

Place the slab fat side up, sprinkle with pickling spices, cover with foil, and cook as directed.

Luke, I don't want to steal your thunder here, but that is verbatim what the Hormel package says, with exception of 300, not 350.

Not to mention; St. Joseph's Day > St. Patrick's Day

The only thunder I own is Rolling Thunder.

Hold the phone. Hormel doesn't sell fresh corned beef. They do sell it in a can however.

Any Holiday that calls for a feast and actually allows a feast > St. Joseph's Day

You've obviously never had:
St. Joseph's Day Cakes > Green Beer / Beef and well, everything else.
