Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

Post by Luke »

Trivial thread to probably a lot of you, but it's a bfd for my family, even though we're Krauts.

So if you celebrate this wonderful holiday, share pics of your feasts, parties, videos, or what have you. It's truly a great reason to relax and visit with friends and family, and also an excuse to pig out.

Cheers!

Great day, love St. Patty's!

Due to few people around here truly practicing the holiday, its mainly a family thing. Watching the Leprechaun movies, wearing green, listening to some Celtic infused music, etc.

Something about the holiday always brings out the nerd in me, as it always gets me on my mythological creature kicks. I'm not much one for normal mythology, but the creatures are great!

Happy St. Patrick's Day, Racketboy! Hope everyone has a great one!

Did my drinking last night, have to work tomorrow. But I'm gonna have an Irish corned beef, cabbage, and potatoes dinner. I love the stuff.

Happy St.Patricks to you all as well! I have a few people over for drinks and shens. Marvel vs Capcom 2 is on tap right now. We played a bunch of Samurai Showdown I/II earlier. Drinks + Fighting games = Win.

Beers I've enjoyed so far:

Founders Breakfast Stout - Delicious. Awesome coffee/chocolate flavor. Highly recommended.

Short's Brewery Goodnight Bodacious - Nice Dark IPA/Barleywine hybrid. Its really too bad this stuff was limited.

I was just about to open up a Uncle Steve's Irish Stout myself. Don't know if you have anything to trade for it, but I have some extra Goodnight Bodacious left if you are out.

Its funny you say that. I just grabbed one of those from the fridge :D. I might be interested but I'm not sure what I have left to trade. Most of my good Short's limited stuff I've gone through. About all I have left is a Rye Not and a ControversiAle (aka Hangin' Frank). I try to grab whatever beer Short's has out when I see them though...
